Commercial building
Alteration and Refubrishment of Aga Khan Schools, phase I, II & III.
Renovation project involving a 326 metres long boundary wall. The main project goal was to raise the wall height from 2 to 3 metres and to demolish damaged, louvred, and slanted walls.The scope also included the supply and installation of ball-catching nets, floodlights around playing fields and security lights andbarbered wire along boundary wall. Entrance canopies and steel sliding gates
were also designed and built
Residential Properties
NMB Bank, Offsite ATM
The guard house conversion into an ATM building constituted the major task of project, which included both demolition and reconstruction. Other tasks included electrical, HVAC installation, data cabling, security door installation, painting and decoration.

FIT OUT WORKS AT KFC AND PIZZA HUT MBEZI
Shop fit out duties installing bulk heads, kian furniture set-up decorating the interior, installing a drive – through height restrictor, canopies, menu boards, and other drive through signage. The KFC advertisement bucket was built and erected.
